Materials
Soft-PVC
We only use medical-grade, cadmium free PVC material in the production of our inflation and suction bulbs. In accordance with DIN EN 71-3 (Quality Requirements on Toys) we are using a phthalate free PVC material. Our products are tested by TÜV Rhineland to assure they are manufactured according to European Law on Medical Products.
Other Thermoplasts
- PE, PP: For tips, adaptors und hausings with normal demands
- TPE (SEBS): for suction bulbs
- Hard-PVC, ABS, PC, PA, POM: Functioning parts with special demands
Rubber
Hot water bottles, air cushions and other rubber products are manufactured with natural rubber (NR).
Recycling
All our thermoplastic plastic items are completely recyclable. Through official plastic recycling companies or sent back to our company at no charge. If sent back to us we then organize these parts and send them to a recycling factory producing plastic pellets which are re-used in the production of new products .
